Let's make Zoodles! Summer gardens deliver SO much summer squash. Learn from Chef Kristen of Jefferson Farm Kitchen on how to integrate summer squash into a variety of dishes, including how to make gluten-free zucchini noodles. The first 10 participants to arrive will receive a vegetable spiralizer to use in class and take home to practice what they learn. Ample summer squash will be shared if you don’t have your own.
