• Weekly farm stand sales at JCFC’s food hub.

• Sales at Wholesale and Institutional clients with distribution so you can spend more time producing your goods.

Producers benefit from sharing a pack house facility with dry storage space, refrigeration and freezer space, a warehouse staff for order fulfillment and distribution of product in addition to bulk purchase benefits of packaging and annual inputs.

These services allow producers to focus on production while we provide the administrative support.

Educational programming focuses on the economic development of small, local agricultural producers. Technical Support varies widely depending on our member’s needs but may include topics such as

• production skill building

• marketing

• Improving crop efficiencies

• developing a business plan

• developing a food safety plan

• scaling up a recipe for increased production

• assessing readiness for institutional/wholesale sales
