This workshop will explore:

  • Converting your recipe into a formula

  • Scaling up production of your product

  • Important food safety considerations

  • Writing a process flow chart

  • Understanding your product shelf life

  • Nutrition labeling

  • PLUS: Follow-up one-on-one consultation services available for all participants.
